  • Biography : Just a handful of artists can pride themselves of experimenting such a quick and spectacular ascent as the one Andres Campo has lived in the past few years. Being one of the most beloved DJs and producers in the Spanish scene, Andres has placed himself – by own right – amongst the most in-demand electronic musicians, both nationally and internationally thanks to his modesty, determination, effort and artistic quality. Andres Campo’s story with electronic music began with just 14 years old, in the scene of his hometown, Huesca. With nothing stopping him from achieving his goals, Andres has managed to project his profile, both national and international-wise, astonishing everyone with his vast musical knowledge, empathy with the crowds, and know-how. Having performed at the best clubs and festivals from all over the world, Andres is also a great host and organizer as resident, a role he has been developing since the start of his DJing career, in different venues, till getting his biggest residence to date: at the iconic and long-standing club Florida 135, at Fraga, Huesca. Known in Spain as The Techno Cathedral – with over 70 years of history – Florida 135 educated Andres as clubber and, since 2012, has seen him welcome the biggest guests in the techno scene. A wonderful scenario where he managed to perfect his closing set skills, till becoming a true master of the craft. Critically acclaimed both by public and specialized media – who witnessed his 5th anniversary ahead of the venue this 2017 – Andres celebrated again his now traditional all-night-long yearly set, delighting a crowd that filled Florida 135 corners, dancing for more than eight straight hours. Andres also has a true love story with production. Being an experimented musician, the sound he develops isn’t driven by hypes, but comes straight from the heart, which results in a timeless techno palette that has led him to release in labels such as Nicole Moudaber’s Mood; Sasha Carassi’s Phobiq; Eats Everything’s Edible; or most recently, Glasgow Underground and Odd Recordings. Besides, Andres is manager and A&R to Florida Music, a label in which he has published some of his most acclaimed releases, receiving support by almost all the big DJs in the industry. Andres’ productions are a safe bet; something that becomes clearer release after release. With a crowd that shows its love and affection for Andrés in each session, having achieved important professional landmarks as his Florida 135 residence; being part of Space Ibiza’s final year last summer; his recent guest mix in Eats Everything’s BBC Radio 1 show; being played by the Top DJs in the world; or his upcoming set at the most important festival in the world, Tomorrowland, Andres Campo always plays at home.
